-You got to find somebody who likes the same stuff. Like, if you like sports, she should like it that you like sports, and she should keep the chips and dip coming.

New Digital Stamps

A quickie note to say, thanks all you lovely stampers for your kind words lately. It makes me feel so great to know that even in a little way, I make someone’s day a bit better or give them a smile. All the kind words do that for me, so thanks for the big grins lately.

I had an hour today, so I used it to get these HuggaBugg cuties listed in my Etsy shop. I have more images on the way, but they will sort of trickle in until April once the book is done. After that, I will be much more consistent with releasing new images.

Happy Birthday…and a Free Unicorn

My daughter turned six this week and we had a blast over the weekend at her party. We live out in the country, so we decided to have it in town at the Zoo where her school friends could come and take a train ride and play at the playground. It turned out to be perfect weather and worked out just right.

We made her invitations (of course LOL) and since she is into horses and all colors, we made a birthday invitation with rainbows and a magical unicorn… LOL She knew exactly what she wanted and told me what colors to put where and this is the result. I think it is indeed wild and wonderful (but I am her mom and only slighted prejudiced LOL).

Toof Fairy Faye

My daughter has lost a lot of teeth this year and one of the things I did to celebrate was give her a card from Faye, the tooth fairy. I liked the idea and thought other moms or grandmas might want to celebrate the momentous occasion, so I made Faye into a digital stamp that you can find here.

I also received the cutest sample from my friend Donna with Faye and I had to share…love the quarter in there–it is a gift card!

My daughter is soon to turn six and she informed us yesterday that we were not to call her Booger-Bear (it is rather undignified at her advanced age LOL). Instead, we are now to call her CUPCAKE! LOL I was just remarking to Emily the other day that the stamping world was obsessed with cupcakes and now it has taken over my house. LOL I am thrilled with this as I love to draw cupcakes, so you will probably be seeing many more cupcakes around here.

And in the spirit of the happy cupcake, I wanted to share these magnificent examples of cute cupecakeness from my new coloring friend Donna…..don’t you love them!!!

I just needed to brag on Larissa and congratulate her on her recent publication of two magnificent slider cards (see below)….So neat! Thanks Larissa for using my Wild Thing digital stamp in one of them and making it look soooo good.
